Indosat drives digital transformation, greener mobility for Xanh SM in Indonesia

Xanh SM, a pioneer in electric vehicles from Vietnam, is working with Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison (Indosat or IOH) to accelerate digital transformation and support sustainability initiatives  IOH, working through Indosat Business, is integrating information and communications technology (ICT), Internet of Things (IoT), and analytics to create smart mobility solutions for Xanh SM. The partnership not only enhances operational efficiency and customer experience for Xanh SM, but also strengthens the sustainability of the vehicle ecosystem in Indonesia, IOH said. As part of the collaboration, Indosat and Xanh SM will focus on key milestones, starting with an initial six-month pilot testing phase to explore and refine solutions, followed by a comprehensive rollout in subsequent stages.
