New SentinelOne AI security offerings

SentinelOne, the AI security provider, has unveiled new AI security offerings that it says gives defenders a decisive advantage today. Covering both security for AI and the use of AI to automate and transform security operations, the new offerings build on SentinelOne’s AI security portfolio. In the race to embrace AI, AI has itself become the new attack surface and primary source of risk, SentinelOne said. In a January 2026 forecast, Gartner has already projected that AI cybersecurity spend will grow at an 73.9% CAGR from 2024-2029, more than double that of AI spend overall. Prompt AI Agent Security Prompt AI Agent Security provides a new, real-time discovery and governance control plane for AI agents and agentic workflows. It takes advantage of the same Autonomous Security Intelligence that powers SentinelOne across endpoint, cloud, and identity, extending that proprietary AI and automation into the agentic layer. The result is full visibility, risk assessment, and policy enforcem...

Refreshed Portworx by Everpure redefines modern virtualisation

Everpure, the company changing storage and data management, has announced new capabilities for Portworx Enterprise to support organisations running enterprise-level virtual machines (VMs) and containers in cloud, hybrid and on-premise environments.  The company said these updates allow organisations to embrace modern virtualisation, accelerating provisioning, simplifying automation, and saving time through a proven, enterprise-grade platform which has already migrated over a hundred thousand VM volumes to Kubernetes. Organisations that rely on virtual machines are increasingly re-evaluating their virtualisation strategy and moving to Kubernetes to run critical applications, Everpure explained. According to the Portworx 2026 Voice of Kubernetes Report ,  56% believe backup, disaster recovery, and high availability are the most critical capabilities for any new virtualisation platform.  The report also said that 71% of organisations plan to modernise and/or migrate their ...

Blaize and Nokia advance collaboration with joint reference architecture

Source: Blaize. Blaize and Nokia are progressing their joint validation and ecosystem engagement across Asia Pacific. Blaize Holdings, a global provider of programmable, energy-efficient AI computing is going to the next phase in a collaboration with Nokia. As part of this new phase, the Blaize and the Nokia Network Innovation Lab in Singapore are advancing a joint reference architecture — a pre-integrated, validated solution framework that combines Blaize’s AI platform with Nokia’s networking and infrastructure capabilities. The reference is intended to support real-world deployment scenarios across edge and data centre environments, providing a foundation for evaluation, integration, and ecosystem collaboration. These initiatives are part of ongoing engagement efforts to evaluate how hybrid AI architectures can be applied to real-world environments where latency, power efficiency, and scalability are critical. “This next phase reflects continued progress in our collaboration with ...

IOH's #LebihBaikIndosat commitment holds, absorbs 20% data traffic surge with ease

Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison's (IOH's) data traffic has once again proved the reliability of its network during the 2026 Eid Al-Fitr homecoming season (mudik) soared more than 20% year-on-year, surpassing the 40% national traffic surge projection released by the Indonesia Ministry of Communication and Digital (Komdigi). This feat was backed by significant infrastructure investment. Over 7,000 site capacity upgrades and more than 1,600 new sites have been built since April 2025. The focus was clear: homecoming routes, rest areas, stations, and tourist destinations, where millions converged and demanded the best possible connectivity.  As an AI-TechCo, IOH harnesses AI to monitor network traffic in real-time, anticipate surges before they happen, and automatically optimises network capacity. This approach enabled Indosat's 4G and 5G networks to operate in synergy, with 4G maintaining a stable service baseline while 5G absorbed traffic surges at critical points....
