Singtel AI Studio enables enterprises to adopt AI safely, seamlessly and at scale

Singtel has introduced AI Studio, a graphical, low-code platform that allows enterprises to develop, train, test, and deploy AI solutions without requiring heavy coding expertise.

AI Studio enables businesses to easily create agents and digital twins, allowing them to switch between large language models with ease, generate application programming interface (API) keys, and giving them access to built-in tools for security insights, utilisation trends, incident analysis, service health dashboards, and actionable recommendations.

AI Studio is part of Singtel’s CUBΣ portfolio — an AI-enabled network-as-a-Service platform that simplifies subscription and management of services across multiple vendors while providing insights into network utilisation, workload performance, and sustainability metrics through a single sign-on digital portal.

Through AI Studio and CUBΣ, Singtel is enabling enterprises to harness AI at the speed, scale, and reliability needed to unlock its full potential — while ensuring security and trust remain at the core. AI is at the core of Singtel’s ST28 strategy* and comprises key focus areas such as differentiating network performance and service quality, autonomous networks, talent development and driving agentic AI. The strategy is driving its evolution into becoming an AI-First Telco of the Future.

The addition of the AI Studio to CUBΣ enables stronger network and data protection, more efficient and intelligent operations, scalable AI development powered by agentic AI, and high-performance infrastructure that can support enterprise AI adoption at scale. These are enabled through three pillars:

AI-ready networks, which will help enterprises scale AI workloads with high-performance network orchestration through:

 Secure, low-latency connectivity

 Lossless network performance

 WAN and quantum-safe networks

 5G-enabled secure network slicing

 Integration with the wider AI ecosystem, incorporating robust fixed solutions like MegaPoP, 5G, and Virtual Core Network

AI-ready infrastructure, which involves modernising IT architecture with seamless network integration and AI-focused infrastructure by:

 AI pods: Pre-validated, purpose-built modules designed to simplify and accelerate AI deployments

 On-premise AI options for organisations with specific data residency needs

 Security operations centre: Providing round-the-clock monitoring, detection, and response to threats

 AI operations: Leveraging AI to automate IT operations such as anomaly detection, predictive analytics, and system optimisation

AI security, where enterprise customers’ sensitive data are embedded with security at every layer via advanced, end-to-end solutions:

 Protection from exposure to public AI models

 Secure AI infrastructure solutions that integrate security throughout the stack

*The growth plan, introduced in May 2024, is designed to enhance customer experiences and deliver sustained value realisation for shareholders.
