Ng is based in Singapore, at the company’s regional headquarters, where she will provide strategic direction to accelerate Automation Anywhere’s business growth. She will also work closely with the company’s current portfolio of customers, which include AIA, Singapore Airlines, Digi, and Challenger – and help accelerate new customer adoption of intelligent automation across the region.

“Jess comes with almost 20 years of regional sales experience within the technology industry, and she will be a strong addition to our team,” said Adrian Jones, Executive VP, Asia Pacific and Japan, Automation Anywhere.

“We are excited to bring in an experienced and dedicated industry leader to propel Automation Anywhere’s presence in the region. Jess will play a critical role in developing long-term relationships with new and existing customers and building high performing teams in our local markets.”

“RPA expenditure globally is expected to reach US$2.4 billion in 2022, according to Gartner and ASEAN will be a frontrunner in contributing to this growth with the accelerated economic developments in our region and public sector initiatives that are driving Industry 4.0 forward,” Ng said. “I am thrilled to be joining Automation Anywhere and look forward to contributing to the vision of bringing unprecedented productivity to regional businesses through intelligent automation.”

Ng joins Automation Anywhere from Symantec, where she spent 15 years as Country Director for Singapore and built a successful career in leading a team of high performers. Before Symantec, Ng led direct and channel sales for more than four years at Computer Sciences Corporation, an IT and services firm.

Ng has a BSc in Computer Science from the National University of Singapore.
