Once of those concepts is Concept Pari , designed to reduce barriers to collaboration and communication at virtual meetings, where users are constantly trying to read others' body language or social cues, while also maintaining eye-contact and taking notes or presenting slides. Digital transformation and talent retention are the biggest challenges for IT: Ivanti

Ivanti , the automation platform that discovers, manages, secures and services IT assets from cloud to edge, has found that keeping up with digital transformation (32%) and keeping talent in technical roles (26%) are the two biggest challenges that IT professionals say their organisations face today. Additionally, the study found that IT departments are viewed as critical to an organisation’s growth and business strategy by 61% of respondents. However, 72% of respondents reported losing team members, with 41% of respondents citing a high workload as the top reason why. Mitigate the impact of the Log4Shell vulnerability

Organisations must take immediate steps to protect themselves against exploitation and mitigate the impact of the Log4Shell vulnerability, found in the Log4j2 Java library, said Ensign.  "As Log4j is one of the most popular open-source Java logging libraries, it is integrated into many applications and services. Due to its widespread usage, this vulnerability impacts many organisations across various sectors globally.
