NTT DATA offers support services for Copilot for Microsoft 365

NTT DATA, a Microsoft Global Systems Integrator partner, has built solutions for Copilot for Microsoft 365. The new offerings signify the evolution of NTT DATA’s relationship with Microsoft, delivering services and support across the Microsoft portfolio to enterprises globally.

NTT DATA will help organisations unleash the full potential of everyday AI to enhance collaboration, elevate employee experience, and maximise productivity with Copilot, an AI-powered productivity tool and orchestration engine that is designed to use deep learning techniques and advanced capabilities of large language models (LLMs) like OpenAI's GPT-4. These include:

- A three-week advisory workshop to help enterprises understand the potential of generative AI in the digital workplace, evaluate their preparedness and maturity state for Copilot for Microsoft 365, and recommend how they can unlock the new wave of employee productivity with integration into the existing Microsoft productivity suite. Deliverables include an organisation readiness report, use cases and personas, pilot planning, roadmap and recommendations.

- A Cloud Voice Readiness Assessment Workshop to assess processes to gain a thorough understanding of how Copilot for Microsoft 365’s generative AI capabilities can be used with calling and meeting solutions to improve business outcomes. This includes demonstrations of use cases and scenarios, and customised, actionable recommendations.

- Managed EX support services for Copilot in Microsoft Teams. The Essentials tier service provides NTT DATA specialists to work alongside a client’s own IT experts, allowing businesses to maintain control of their estate. A Premium service option gives access to proactive monitoring, full-service management and service level agreement (SLA)-backed operational efficiencies.

AWS: AI adoption grows 20% in Singapore

Amazon Web Services (AWS), an Amazon.com company, has found* that AI adoption continues to accelerate in Singapore. In the past year alone, 27,000 1 Singapore businesses adopted AI for the first time—equivalent to over three new adopters every hour. In sum, nearly 170,000 (48%) of businesses in Singapore have adopted AI 2 , up from approximately 143,000 (40%) a year ago. This represents a 20% year-over-year growth rate, AWS said. AI adoption is the strongest in the financial services industry (71%), followed by the technology sector ( software developers, data analytics firms, cloud service providers, and digital startups) at 70%, and healthcare at 63%. Among Singapore’s businesses that have adopted AI, 82% reported an increase in revenue, at an average increase of 19%, while 90% report significant productivity improvements.
