Red Hat Hybrid Cloud Series in full swing
Red Hat, the provider of open source solutions, is currently conducting the Red Hat Hybrid Cloud Series, an event for open hybrid cloud strategists and practitioners taking place across Asia Pacific.
According to IDC*, 70% of customers already deploy multicloud environments and 64% of applications in a typical IT portfolio today are cloud-based, whether public or private.
The event touches down in Beijing, mainland China; Bangkok, Thailand; Hong Kong, Jakarta, Indonesia; Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; Mumbai, India; Manila, the Philippines; Seoul, Korea; Singapore, Taipei in Taiwan and Tokyo, Japan.
Themed Bridge Your Clouds. Build Your Future, Red Hat aims to share how enterprises can accelerate and architect a hybrid cloud strategy designed to speed innovation and give a competitive edge. The event will also focus on Red Hat’s open hybrid cloud strategy and highlights Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8 and Red Hat OpenShift 4.
Frank Feldmann, VP, APAC office of technology, Red Hat Asia Pacific said, “Enterprises in Asia Pacific have adopted a hybrid cloud environment to improve business agility and gain flexibility. Together, Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8 and Red Hat OpenShift 4 can provide a consistent foundation for innovation and offer the latest hybrid tools to help optimise cost, performance and speed as enterprises move forward in their digital transformation journey.”
The event keynote discusses Red Hat’s open hybrid cloud strategy and share business insights about cloud-native applications and Kubernetes. Red Hat executives will also offer direction for how organizations can implement a hybrid cloud infrastructure with Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8 and Red Hat OpenShift 4.
